June 26, 2017 is World Drug Day or as it is more officially titled, International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. It is promoted by the United Nations.

The idea for this is one that I have had for a while.

For the longest time I felt the reason Donald Trump has the support that he has is because of his name. His name is on at least one prominent building in several major cities across the United States such as New York, Miami, Chicago, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas.

Our NAME is our identity. It’s how the world knows we exist. It is how we honor people and make them feel important. Its the difference between a participation trophy and one with our name on it that only we received

For millions of Americans, the only things we have received with our name on it is a paycheck and a pill bottle. With paychecks becoming more and more just a direct deposit transaction, for many its now down ONLY the pill bottle.

Imagine the feeling of emptiness when that pill bottle is empty TOO. The one thing people have with their name on it is out. No wonder healthcare is at the forefront of every debate now.

So when people see the Trump name the initial thought is “whatever he is doing, I want in”

If we want to fix our drug culture and divisive rhetoric, we ………..

We have to refill the American Dream.
